- Comprehensive running coaching plan set up comprising of a weekly personal interactive training programme via Xhale training platform, and a S&C plan - directly with Kyle

- Once a month sports therapy treatment to go through any issues that arise in training and to assess strength, movement and flexibility - first session with be a run biomechanics sessions

- Initial 1 hour phone call consultation to establish current level, goals, previous training and racing history.

- Pacing / intensity guidance for every run.

- Weekly updates to training plan.

- Monthly analysis of training, through training plan & Strava

- Advice on racing protocols, lifestyle and cross training.

- Unlimited communication via Email and Whatsapp.
